We've noticed several McDonald's getting face lifts around Albuquerque.  Wouldn't it be cool if a person in need / homeless etc were in the group to get free breakfast for a year!

Dear Rebecca -
Really love the photo of you in the blue v-neck sweater! And imagine! Mrs. Claus gifting you with writing your blog this month! Looks like a great end of the year for you!
Have a happy day -

Howdy and morning Rebecca

Rebecca, the McDonald's there in Fairlea, sure is going to be holding a mighty fine Grand Re-Opening Celebration Event for folks to attend. Those cards which they will be giving away to the first 100 folks that attend sure is a mighty nice way of them paying it back to the community.

May each and every day bring you and your family many blessings!

Have a good one

Rebecca:  This is a good community awareness post...the kiddies love McDonalds.  I can imagine with the freebies it will be packed!

Good local event for all. I'd be interested in seeing the Chevy Volt in action - we were discussing this car yesterday and wondering about it - good way to get questions answered.

Rebecca, many of the McDonald's are changing their look, as the Golden Arches are going by the wayside.   Hopefully the grand opening will bring many hungry consumers, and especially with an opportunity for free food!

What a neat celebration for the community. McDonald's will have a line longer than on Black Friday waiting to get those gift cards!

John, it would indeed be great if a homeless person receive a card to receive free breakfast once a week for one year.

Lynn, thanks for the nice comments on my photos...hopefully the new year will be better esp in real estate.

Dale, yes this should be a great turnout.

Anita, packed and loaded with kids :)

Deb, I would also like to see the Chevy Volt.

Joan, I'm curious on how they have changed the look. Actually the building was torn down and they rebuilt.

Lee and Carol, ha you are right!
