Laughter is the Best Medicine

 

bear laughingLaughter is good medicine for mind and body....if you are feeling stress, pain, or anxiety....check out the video below.  For example, yesterday was pretty stressful, then I received this video in an email...and it really made me feel better.


Watch the video on the Talking Photo Booth!   This talking photo booth has attitude.  Patrons get much more than a picture. This video is from a regular segment on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. The show places a free photo booth at Universal Studios Hollywood.   Comedian Kira Soltanovich provides the booth's voice.  She is really quick and really funny.  This is somewhat similar to the old Candid Camera. 

 

 

 

Nothing works faster to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh. Humor lightens your burdens, inspires hopes, connects you to others, and keeps you grounded, focused, and alert. 

 

I really did laugh all the way through this video....AND, I feel soooo much better!
