Rebecca, I fondly recall a visit to a friends home at the Greenbriar about 10 years ago. Very beautiful country. You've also reminded me that my September stats are due to be compiled, added to the website and to my blogs. Looks like from the Residential stats that the average list price vs. sold price means that your higher end homes didn't move in September. Similar to our beach market.

Hi Kathryn, you are right the higher end homes did not move. I was reminded to do the stats by another members market report.
