Please consider supporting Communities In Schools of Greenbrier County (GISGC), West Virginia, by attending the Inaugural Miles Over Mountains for Kids Bike Run.
Registration is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 6, 2009, at the Eastern Greenbrier Middle School (Ronceverte) in the faculty parking lot.
Run departs from Eastern Greenbrier Middle School (Ronceverte) - First bike out at 9:00 a.m. -Last bike out at 11:00 a.m. Run ends at Greenbrier Bowling & Recreation Center at 5:30 p.m., where the Post Run Celebration begins.
The cost of each hand is $20.00; riders may purchase multiple hands. Prizes include $600.00 for first place, $300.00 for second place, and $100.00 for third place. In addition, there will be door prizes.
For individuals who are not interested in riding, you are welcome to attend the post ride celebration from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Greenbrier Bowling & Recreation Center -- featuring BBQ by Three Little Pigs of WV, Inc., beverages, and live entertainment provided by Old School Abbey.
This event is open to the public and does not require gate admission.
