Patriot Hills will provide approximately 42 acres of open space, and will include the following amenities to the residents:
- a community pavilion with grills, picnic tables, a fireplace and restrooms
- a jogging trail through the park area,
- a central green area and walking paths throughout the neighborhood.
- play areas will feature a children’s splash fountain, play equipment and horse shoe pits.
Public utilities will include natural gas, sewer and water; underground electric and telephone service.

The Eastern Greenbrier Middle School and Greenbrier East High School, and the Greenbrier Valley Medical Center are located less then a mile north of the Patriot Hills on Route 219. The historical town of Lewisburg, New River Community and Technical College and West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine are within fifteen minutes of the neigborhood.
