The Fifth Annual West Virginia Dandelion Festival in White Sulphur Springs will be on Memorial Weekend, May 26-30, 2011.
In celebration and appreciation for the determination of the dandelion.
The gutsy little flower fights its way through velvety lawns,
dodges mowers, and weed killers, and against all odds,
reigns supreme as it blankets our village each spring.

Thursday, May 26

Friday, May 27
- 10 AM - 6 PM - Art Show Exhibit
- 3 PM - All Concessions Open
- 4 PM - Dusk Fun Factory Kid's Activities
- 4 PM - 6 PM Live Remote by The Bear 103.1 WRON FM
- 5 PM - Opening Ceremony
- 6 PM - Performance by the Greenbrier East Bluegrass Band
- 7 PM - 10 PM Band and Dance, FREE, The Wild Rumpus

- 7:30 AM 11 AM - Pancake Breakfast
- 8 AM - Fishing Derby Registration
- 8:30 AM - 1 PM - Fishing Derby at the National Fish Hatchery
- 9 AM - WV Dandelion Festival Golf Tournament
- 10 AM - Dusk - All Concessions Open
- 10 AM -12 PM - Salvation Riders Poker Run
- 10 AM - 3 PM - Car Show
- 10 AM - 5 PM - Art Exhibit Free at WSS Library
- 10 AM - Dusk - Fun Factory Kid's Activities
- 11 AM - Diaper Derby
- 12 Noon - Pretty Pet Contest
- 1 PM - The Magic of Charles
- 2 PM - 4 PM - Music by The Blacktimers
